How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Sacredneeded Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to complain and what to expect. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Sacredneeded Heating & Air
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please note that Sacredneeded Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@sacredneeded.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If you are not happy with our reply, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
